City Bouldering’s Aldgate room is about as convenient as London climbing gets. The station is effectively next door, and the doors open at half six on weekdays and stay open until eleven. If you climb around a City job, that alone is the argument.
Inside there are over 100 problems graded VB to V9, a traverse wall, a Kilter board, a dedicated gym and a separate training area. Drop in is welcome without booking, though first timers need to complete a one off online registration before turning up.
