About The Reach Climbing Wall

The Reach sits on an industrial estate off Harrington Way, between Woolwich and Charlton, about ten minutes' walk from Woolwich Dockyard station. It opened in 2010 and is run by Leap Training, an outdoor-activity company set up to work with young people in south London, which still runs school, youth and NICAS programmes here.

It's mainly a roped wall, with bouldering alongside auto-belay, top-rope and lead climbing. There's a mezzanine café, a climbing shop, showers and a large free car park, which makes it one of the easier London walls to drive to.
